Minister of National Education Nabi Avcı visited the Turkish War Memorial in Jordan as a part of his program during the first day of his official visit to the country. 

Minister Avcı stood in homage and prayed at the Turkish War Memorial. 

Minister Avcı placed a wreath on the memorial and signed the honorary visitor’s book and wrote: 

“Today, we are in Amman for an official visit and we paid our first visit to our martyrs. Our entire nation, especially our teachers and students are grateful to our precious martyrs. May Allah let them rest in Heaven…”

Turkish Ambassador to Amman Sedat Önal accompanied Minister Avcı during his visit to the war memorial. Minister Avcı chatted with children who were waiting outside the memorial.
