"MEBİM" RANKS SECOND IN THE BEST CONTACT CENTER IN THE WORLD CATEGORY

Operating under the Office of the Press and Public Relations, "MEBİM" won the silver medal by ranking the second in the "Best Contact Center in the World" category at the finals held by Contact Center World for the 18th time this year.

As part of the 2023 Contact Center World award program, the Ministry of National Education Contact Center (MEBİM) successfully completed the first stage and ranked first in the Europe-Middle East-Africa regional finals held in Istanbul on 19-22 June 2023. MEBİM also participated in the world finals held in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, on November 13-16, 2023. 
 
More than 2 thousand 200 projects from over 80 countries participated in the 2023 program of the organization, which has more than 220 thousand members throughout the world.
 
After the presentations, MEBİM left many of its competitors behind, as it did in previous years and won the silver medal by ranking second in the "Best Call Center" category in 2023. 
 
What is the Contact Center World Awards Program?
In the first stage of the Contact Center World Award Program, which is carried out in three stages, the information, documents and Q&A provided by the participants are evaluated by independent juries and officials. Those who are deemed to be successful in this stage are entitled to participate in the second stage. In the regional finals, the whole world is divided into three regions as America, Asia Pacific and Europe-Middle East-Africa. Those who ranked first or second in the regional finals are entitled to compete in the world finals, where participants from all over the world come together.
